• Outside Dhaka: 2–5 business days
• Delivery times may vary during holidays, special promotions, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

• Inside Dhaka: ৳70
• Outside Dhaka: ৳120
• Free shipping may be offered during special promotions.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Bangladesh. Customers can pay when receiving their order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via SMS, email, or phone call (when available).

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
